What services can we provide?

Guangzhou YuXinlong Sports Equipment Co., Ltd was established in 2011, we have an independent product research and development team, focus on recreational equipment, sports equipment, research and development, production and sales more than 9 years.

If your company will send engineer to my country for technical problems?

If customers need, our company will arrange our technicians to our customers’sites, and help our customers install and adjust their purchased game machines. We can also offer training to our customers’technicians and other related staffs to ensure the good operation of the sites.

We are based in Guangdong, China, start from 2016, sell to North America(15.00%), South America(15.00%), Eastern Asia(10.00%), Eastern Europe(10.00%), Mid East(10.00%), Southeast Asia(10.00%), Africa(5.00%), Western Europe(5.00%), Central America(5.00%), Northern Europe(5.00%), Southern Europe(5.00%), South Asia(5.00%).

There are total about 51-100 people in our office.

If your company can provide interpreter for us?

Our company will provide the English interpreter for free, as for the rare language we will help customer to seek an interpreter company with favorable price and good services.

If your company can help me to reserve a hotel if we come to visit your factory?

Our company can help customer to reserve a hotel if they come to China and we can pick up customer at airport or hotel if necessary.

Can I Visit your company?

Of course.Our company covers an area of 5,000 square meters. The seventh floor is the exhibition hall, which mainly displays all of our dart machine types, it also has some office areas.. The 8th floor is the factory, which is responsible for assembling and testing the machines.

Lifetime of your product?

It’s according to the maintenance of product, generally speaking it’s about 3-5 years.

Different coins from different countries can be acceptable to coin selector? How about cash?

Different coins from different countries can be accepted by coin selector. Also we can install a bill 
note recognize devise into the machine (as usually comes with the coin one).

If the voltage and plug of your product will come with my standard?

We will confirm Voltage and plug with customer and produce machines as the customer’s request.

Can you provide the technical support?

We can offer instructions,photos,videos for buyer's installation and operation of the game machines. If buyer need,we send engineers to abroad to install the machines for free, and buyer only need to pay for visa,round-trip tickets,room and food.

How long is your warranty period?

Our machine warranty 1 year, target plate warranty 3-5 years, lifetime after-sales service.
